Transmission Line Construction Services Contract

The Clay Electric Cooperative is seeking a contractor to construct an approximately 14.4-mile segment of a new 115kV transmission line alongside an existing 25kV distribution line in Marion County, Florida. The project involves the installation of new transmission poles, conductors, and other equipment. The successful contractor will be responsible for completing the work in accordance with the contract specifications and requirements. Key aspects of the project include: * Construction of approximately 14.4 miles of transmission line * Installation of 195 new spun-concrete 115kV transmission poles * Installation of conductors, including (3) 477 ACSR (Hawk) and (1) OPGW (CentraCore or equivalent) * Construction of a new spun concrete guy pole and two direct embedded steel 115kV transmission poles * The 25kV overhead distribution line will remain energized during the project * The project does not include construction of the underbuild
