Description
The New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is seeking quotes for the Smithville Boiler project. The project involves the replacement of a boiler at the Broome Developmental Center, located at 386 Round Pond Rd, Smithville Flats, NY 13841. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 11/4/25 at 10:30am. Quotes must be submitted by 11/12/25 at 5:00pm. The awarded vendor must adhere to the time frames outlined in the scope of work and provide certificates of Liability, Worker’s Compensation, and Disability Insurance.
• The project is a Public Works Project, and prevailing wages must be paid.
• Contractors must be registered with the NYS Department of Labor.
• The awarded vendor will be required to submit a signed Appendix A and completed Lobbying Law Forms.
• The Broome DDSO reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and disqualify any bidder whose conduct or proposal fails to conform to the requirements of this RFQ.
