Sources Sought for 155MM Cargo Projectile Load, Assemble, Pack (LAP) Flexible Line Facility Capability

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking information from vendors interested in designing, constructing, installing, and qualifying a flexible modernized manufacturing Load, Assemble, and Pack (LAP) facility capable of loading/filling, assembling, and packing various 155MM cargo projectiles at Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD) in Richmond, KY. • The facility should be capable of handling various 155MM cargo projectiles. • The project involves design, construction, installation, and qualification of the LAP facility. • An industry day was held to provide a briefing on project requirements and offer virtual one-on-one sessions and onsite tours at BGAD. • Vendors were required to register for the industry day by 04 January 2026.
