Countywide Elevator Maintenance and Repair

Stanislaus County is seeking qualified elevator contractors with a valid C‑11 license and DIR registration to provide scheduled preventive maintenance and as‑needed minor repairs for all county elevators. The work will be performed on an as‑needed purchase‑order basis, with rates fixed for the contract term and no guaranteed volume. The contractor must supply bid, performance, and payment bonds (bid bond $10,000; performance/payment bonds required for any PO > $25,000), maintain required insurance, and comply with prevailing‑wage rules.
