CONSTRUCTION MANAGER @ RISK - FINANCIAL SUBMISSION - High School #9, Junior High School #9, Middle School #9 and Site Infrastructure

The Lamar CISD is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager @ Risk - Financial Submission for the construction of High School #9, Junior High School #9, Middle School #9, and site infrastructure. The project is divided into four proposed GMPs with estimated budgets ranging from $30,000,000 to $200,000,000. The project is expected to be completed between August 2028 and May 2029. The key requirements for the proposal include: • Financial strength and project audit procedures • Financial statement and general financial information • Surety detail, payment bonds detail, and bonding capacity detail • A strong financial response The proposal will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria outlined in Attachment B - Selection Process.
