The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish a dangerous residential structure located at 1616 West Crawford Street and to complete all associated site work, including utility disconnections, debris removal, back‑fill, grading, and final site cleanup. The contract is a single‑award, sealed‑bid solicitation with a 90‑day performance period and includes mandatory performance and payment bonds, insurance, and a 10 % retainage.
