SSAT BQM-34S FY 27-30 Post Production Support

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Northrup Grumman Systems Command (NGSC) for the procurement of Post Production support for the BQM-34S Aerial Target. The contract will be for a base year and 3 option years, with an anticipated award in the second quarter of fiscal year 2027. The scope of work includes unique mission kits, special tooling, software, and support equipment. • The contract will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-25-G-0003. • The anticipated delivery order is for calendar year 2027 through 2030. • NGSC is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the BQM-34S. • The Government is seeking a sole source contract due to the lack of other responsible sources that can meet the agency's requirements.
