Description
The State of Iowa is seeking bids for the provision of molded stools. The stools must be durable, one piece, rotationally molded design for maximum strength, constructed of high impact "no break" polyethylene, and have no steel or wood components. The stools should also have sound dampening, be easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, and pass the Flammability UL 94 HB test. The bidder must agree to make shipment within a specified number of days and must comply with all statutes of the State of Iowa against discrimination.
• The bid must be submitted on the provided form and must be signed and returned with any supporting documentation.
• The bid must include the quantity, unit of measure, and price for each item.
• The bid must be received via email by 2:00 PM on 08/31/2026.
• The bidder must agree to not engage in any discriminatory employment practices based upon race, color, creed, religion, or national origin.
• The bidder must comply with all statutes of the State of Iowa against discrimination.
