Barge/vessel and crane services needed for the ins

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a vendor to provide barge/vessel and crane services for the installation of the New Canal NWLON station elevated platform. The selected vendor will be required to provide a vessel equipped with a crane capable of lifting an aluminum frame, as well as a crew to operate the vessel and crane. The work will be performed at the New Canal Lighthouse NOAA tide station in New Orleans, LA. The expected completion date is no later than 6 months after the date of award. • The vendor must provide a vessel and crane, and crew to operate both, to aid in the removal of the old aluminum frame and installation of the new aluminum frame. • The vendor must comply with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. • The vendor must provide a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. • The vendor must acknowledge any solicitation amendments. • The vendor must provide a completed Past Performance Reference form.
