Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for Protective Clothing and Operational Supplies Rental Services. The contract term is expected to be from September 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029. The scope of work includes providing protective clothing and operational supplies rental services to the CHP Golden Gate Area Office. Bidders must meet the qualification requirements, including having a valid local City or County Business License, being in good standing, and having a past record of sound business integrity.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder that offers the lowest cost.
• The bidder must provide proof of liability insurance that meets the requirements in Exhibit E, entitled "Insurance Requirements".
• The bidder must comply with the instructions found in the IFB and any addenda.
• The bidder must submit a complete bid package, including all required attachments and documentation.
• The bidder must not submit a bid that is conditional, materially incomplete, or contains material alterations or irregularities.
• The bidder must not submit a bid that contradicts the price/cost figures on the Bid Form or submits cost information in a format contrary to the IFB instructions.
