Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

Based on the scope of work, which includes replacing the existing CO2 fire protection system, replacing the Fire Alarm Control Panel, testing and commissioning the new system, and providing training to City staff, the estimated budget for this project could be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on industry standards for similar projects and takes into account the complexity of the work, the materials and equipment required, and the labor costs involved. However, the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the vendor's proposal and the City's evaluation of the bid. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the vendor's experience and qualifications, the quality of the materials and equipment proposed, and the level of testing and commissioning required.
