Solicitation: U.S. Flags and Presentation Boxes

The U.S. Army is seeking quotes for the procurement of U.S. National Flags and Presentation Boxes. The contract will be a Single-Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-year ordering period. The contractor must provide flags that meet or exceed the minimum technical specifications defined in Attachment 01 – Salient Characteristics. A mandatory qualification exists: vendors must be able to source a 100% Berry Amendment-compliant U.S. flag with sewn stars. • The Government guarantees a minimum order of 200 units. • The total value of all orders issued under this IDIQ shall not exceed a cumulative total of 211,590 units. • The period for placing orders shall be 5 years, or 60 months, from the date of contract award. • The contractor must provide a written statement confirming their ability to meet the mandatory delivery schedule of 30 days ARO for all orders.
