The City & Borough of Juneau is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide pre‑employment psychological assessments for Capital City Fire Rescue personnel. The contract is a multi‑year, firm‑fixed‑price agreement (initial term through 30 Jun 2027, with up to five automatic one‑year renewals to 30 Jun 2032). The contractor must hold a doctoral‑level psychology degree, an active Alaska license, and demonstrate at least three years of experience conducting legally defensible assessments for fire/EMS candidates. Services include administering a validated test battery, reviewing results, conducting virtual or in‑person clinical interviews, and delivering a comprehensive report (recommendation, reservations, or not‑recommend) within 48 hours to 7 days of interview. The contractor must comply with HIPAA, UGESP, and Alaska privacy laws, maintain data security, and provide at least three recent municipal references.
