Cuyahoga County Public Safety and Justice Services is seeking a single, fully integrated, self‑contained mobile surveillance unit that includes a trailer, power systems (solar array, optional diesel generator, battery pack), a 20‑ft camera mast, multiple high‑resolution PTZ cameras, networking equipment, and video‑management integration. The contractor must deliver the complete, DOT‑compliant system, provide a minimum three‑year warranty, and ensure compatibility with the county’s ExacqVision software. This is a one‑time procurement with a firm deadline for bid submission.
• Deliver a turnkey mobile surveillance trailer with solar, battery, and optional generator power solutions.
• Provide ≥ 2 Axis panoramic cameras and an additional PTZ camera, plus 5G/ LTE router, rugged laptop, and remote monitoring hardware.
