The City of Homestead is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, services, and incidentals necessary to complete the Wittkop Park Water Treatment Facility (Chlorination) Project. The project involves the construction of a new pre-engineered, factory-built chlorine processing building and the installation of a chlorination system. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including the Davis-Bacon Act and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.
