Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking quotations for fiber optic products manufactured by specific original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), including Kitco Fiber Optic, Inc., TE Connectivity, Applied Optical Systems Inc, US Conec, APTIV, Henkel, Hubbell, and General Cable. The requirement is for commercial items, and the order will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis. The contractor must provide documentation from the OEM confirming they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name service/item(s) quoted. The award will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The products must be TAA compliant.
• The contractor must include all costs associated with the requirement, including shipping and freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114, as well as any tariff or duty charges.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The proposal is due by 19 Nov 2025, no later than 10:00 a.m. EST.
