Description
Riverside Unified School District is seeking qualified vendors to supply and deliver bulk liquid chlorine, pre‑diluted muriatic acid, and bulk CO₂, as well as to install and maintain CO₂ storage tanks and telemetry monitoring hardware for five high‑school pool facilities. The contract is an indefinite‑quantity, all‑inclusive agreement covering supply, delivery, safe handling, spill response, and equipment maintenance. Vendors must meet NSF/ANSI 60, NFPA 55, and California safety regulations, provide haz‑mat‑compliant vehicles, and carry extensive insurance coverage.
• Supply & driver‑attended delivery of liquid chlorine, muriatic acid, and bulk CO₂ to five Riverside high‑school pools.
• Installation, anchoring, and ongoing maintenance of bulk CO₂ storage tanks and associated safety equipment.
• Provide telemetry/chemical‑level monitoring hardware at no extra charge; assume full liability for spills and regulatory compliance.
• All quotes must be submitted as a hard‑copy sealed bid by 10:00 a.m. PST on Oct 21 2026; award expected Dec 18 2026 with an initial six‑month term (Jan‑Jun 2027) and up to two one‑year extensions.
