Description
The Department of Criminal Justice Training is seeking a contractor to provide medical services, including pre-employment physical exams, blood tests, vision tests, fit-for-duty exams, and vaccinations, to its staff members. The contract will have an initial term of 24 months, with the option to renew for up to two additional 24-month terms. The contractor will be required to provide services at various locations in Kentucky, including Richmond, Louisville, Madisonville, Ashland, and Independence. The contractor will also be required to maintain records of services provided and comply with all federal and state laws related to the use and disclosure of protected health information.
