Description
The Department of Corrections, Division of Health & Rehabilitation Service, is soliciting proposals for a ServSafe Certified Instructor to provide food safety training and certification exams to incarcerated students. The instructor will be responsible for teaching students who can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification.
• The training will be conducted within the timeframe of 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Mondays through Saturdays, and classes are customarily subject to breaks for scheduled counts and mealtimes.
• The instructor must be a ServSafe Certified Instructor.
• The proposal due date is 6/12/2026 2:00pm.
• The State of Alaska complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
