TESTING SAMPLING AND ANALYTICAL SERVICES

The Arlington County Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) seeks qualified vendors to provide testing, sampling, and analytical services to generate quantitative data verifying compliance with state and federal wastewater regulations. The work will involve collection of water samples, laboratory analysis, and reporting of results to support ongoing environmental compliance and permit requirements. • Perform routine and ad‑hoc sampling of influent, effluent, and intermediate streams at the WPCP. • Conduct laboratory analyses (e.g., chemical, biological, physical parameters) in accordance with EPA and state methods. • Deliver comprehensive data reports, quality‑control documentation, and compliance certifications to the County. • Provide technical support and consultation on interpreting results and recommending corrective actions if needed. • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the contract period.
