Description
The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to fully demolish a dangerous residential structure located at 1616 West Crawford Street. The work includes complete removal of the building, foundations, utilities, and associated private improvements, debris handling, site grading, and final clean‑up, with all work subject to City inspection and compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations.
• Full demolition of the structure, footings, basement, cisterns, septic tanks, private garages, sheds, driveways, sidewalks, and related utilities.
• Utility disconnection, sealing of storm/sanitary sewers, and removal of demolition debris (max 8 loads/day) to an approved landfill.
• Site grading, fill placement, compacting to ≥ 95 % dry density, and final site restoration with required safety barricades and protection of adjacent public ways.
• Contractor must secure a demolition permit, provide required insurance and performance/payment bonds, and offer a two‑year warranty on all work.
