Description
The U.S. Consulate General in Ciudad Juarez is seeking quotes for a 200 Mbps dedicated Internet connection. The selected Internet Service Provider (ISP) must provide a high-end, professional-grade service with 24x7 help desk technical support, in-person technical support within 4 hours, and a 99.9% availability. The ISP must also provide a symmetrical Internet connection, a /28 subnet static public IP address pool, and permit all IP protocols to transit without filters or proxies. The service should be operational within 8 weeks of contract execution, and the contract will be for a 12-month period.
Some key requirements include:
• Providing a high-end, professional-grade 200 Mbps dedicated Internet service
• Responding to help desk service requests in no more than three hours
• Providing in-person technical support in no more than 4 hours after an on-site visit has been deemed necessary
• Including 24x7 help desk technical support and service
• Providing a symmetrical Internet connection and a /28 subnet static public IP address pool
• Permitting all IP protocols to transit without filters or proxies
• Complying with the minimum quality standards of the industry and any other quality standards as stated in the scope of work
