USM SSP 27_001 Notice of Proposed Sole Source Purchase of Highpoint

The University of Southern Mississippi is proposing a sole source purchase of HighPoint Campus Experience (HCX) from HighPoint Technology Solutions, Inc. HCX is a feature-rich, out-of-the-box integrated product for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions institutions. The key differentiators of HCX include its mobile solution, real-time PeopleSoft Campus Solutions access to data, and student success features. The university believes that HighPoint is the only supplier of HCX and that it is necessary to purchase the product from them.
