Binding Services for Publications and Pecha Box Manufacturing – LOC New Delhi

The American Embassy New Delhi is seeking a contractor to provide binding services for publications and Pecha box manufacturing for the Library of Congress, New Delhi Office. The contractor will be responsible for performing work at their own site and delivering services directly as per contract terms. The solicitation includes specifications for Pecha boxes, periodicals, monographs, and miscellaneous boxes, as well as material specifications and requirements for acid-free paper, superior quality suede, buckram cloth, strong adhesive, and cotton/nylon/polyester thread.
