SECTION 10 WATER RECLAMATION PLANT (WRP) CLARIFIER 3 AND RETURN ACTIVATED SLUDGE / WASTE ACTIVATED SLUDGE (RAS/WAS) PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Bullhead City is seeking bids for the construction of a third clarifier and associated yard piping, addition of a new RAS/WAS pump, and replacement of two existing RAS/WAS pumps at the Section 10 Water Reclamation Plant. The project includes excavation, concrete work, site grading, and SCADA upgrades. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. • The project requires the construction of a new clarifier splitter box and the demolition of the existing splitter box. • The contractor must upsize existing secondary effluent piping and add a secondary effluent manhole. • The project includes the rehabilitation of two existing clarifiers, including cleaning, concrete repair, and coating. • The contractor must provide temporary facilities, including office space, storage, and toilet facilities. • The project requires coordination with utility companies and other trades to ensure efficient and effective execution of the work.
