Budget estimate

$350,000 – $600,000

Based on typical municipal sidewalk construction costs in Connecticut (approximately $150‑$250 per linear foot for a 5‑ft‑wide bituminous concrete sidewalk including demolition, sub‑base, paving, and traffic control), the 2,400 LF scope translates to a total contract value roughly between $360,000 and $600,000. Factors influencing the final amount include site conditions, required traffic control measures, and any additional utility relocations not detailed in the brief.
