Citywide On-Call Parks, Playgrounds, and Amenities Maintenance, Repair and Inspection Services

The City of Laguna Niguel is seeking a qualified firm (or multiple firms) to provide on‑call, as‑needed maintenance, repair, and inspection services for all City‑owned parks, playgrounds, street medians, open‑space areas, and related amenities. The contractor will be responsible for everything from surfacing repairs and playground equipment upkeep to lighting, electrical troubleshooting, pressure washing, painting, signage replacement, and compliance inspections, with emergency response capabilities as required. The contract is a three‑year base term with two optional one‑year extensions, and the City prefers local vendors. • Perform routine and emergency maintenance of park surfacing (rubber, hardscape, engineered wood) and playground equipment. • Inspect, repair, and repaint site furnishings, shade structures, fencing, signage, and lighting systems; conduct annual CPSI‑certified playground safety inspections. • Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and insurance; comply with California prevailing‑wage, safety, and environmental regulations.
