Envelopes - 4 Lots

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of 25,000 envelopes, divided into four lots. The envelopes will be used by the Department of Veterans Affairs and will require printing, construction, and delivery to the Milwaukee Regional Office. The contractor will be responsible for producing the envelopes in accordance with the provided specifications, including paper quality, ink color, and printing standards. The contractor must also provide digital deliverables and ensure that the final product meets the required quality standards. • The envelopes will be produced in two different sizes: 9 x 12" and 9-1/2 x 12". • The contractor must use specific paper types and weights, including JCP Code V15 and V10. • The printing will be done in Pantone 541 Blue and black ink. • The contractor must provide a digital deliverable of the final, approved artwork as a press-quality PDF. • The contractor must ensure that the final product meets the required quality standards, including Quality Level III standards.
