Bldg. 56 upgrades at USDA ARS PPRL in Logan, UT

The USDA is seeking a contractor to perform upgrades to Building 56 at the Poisonous Plant Research Laboratory in Logan, UT. The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to complete an HVAC upgrade. The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. • The contractor must provide a sound and compliant approach that meets all requirements and shows a thorough understanding of them. • The contractor must provide pricing as requested in the Schedule of Items. • The contractor's past performance will be evaluated using a rating system. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a certification regarding their compliance with anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution.
