RFB for EMS Station 12 Fencing

The County of Wayne is soliciting bids for the removal and installation of fencing for EMS Station 12, located at 2510 East Elm St, Goldsboro, NC 27534. The project involves furnishing and installing approximately 600 feet of 8-foot tall Ameristar Invincible fence, including demo and removal of approximately 200 feet of existing ornamental steel fence. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. • The contract will be funded with federal funds, and the selected vendor will be required to follow all aspects of 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance). • The vendor must maintain liability insurance, including commercial general liability, professional liability, and fidelity coverage. • The vendor must comply with all installation regulations, including those related to personnel security, site security, and safety requirements. • The vendor must provide a non-collusion affidavit and a proposer's certification form. • The contract may be amended only by written amendment duly executed by both the County and the vendor.
