Design Services for Harbor Point & Trail

The City of Garland is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide professional design services for the Harbor Point Promenade & Trail Improvement Project. The project involves designing a 1.7-mile mixed-use waterfront trail, including a 0.5-mile overwater promenade, with amenities such as lighting, signage, benches, and trash/recycling receptacles. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a range of services, including hydrographic, bathymetric, topographic, and subsurface geotechnical investigations, structural design, foundation design, shoreline stabilization, and environmental permitting support.
