Description
The Township of East Brunswick is seeking a service maintenance agreement for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services at the Transportation Center (Parking Utility). The contractor will be required to change all return air filters on rooftop equipment to high-efficiency filters and perform complete system maintenance on all equipment quarterly. The contractor must also be available to provide emergency services 24 hours, 7 days a week. The agreement shall commence on April 9, 2026, and expire on April 8, 2028, with two one-year renewal options.
