USCIS-OIT: IT Services - Request For Information

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Information Technology (OIT) is conducting preliminary market research to identify current and potential capabilities of industry. This Request for Information (RFI) is for the purpose of conducting market research and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposal, or Request for Quotations. Respondents are asked to provide information on their experience with large-scale Information Technology contracts, cloud native applications, dynamic scaling solutions, Agile methodology, and Zero Trust requirements. They are also asked to provide examples of successful implementations of big data analytics platforms, predictive modeling, and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Some key points to consider include: • The RFI is not a solicitation and does not obligate the government to issue a solicitation or contract. • Respondents are responsible for all expenses associated with responding to the RFI. • Responses should be submitted in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) via email to the Contract Specialist. • The government appreciates respondents' participation and looks forward to their response.
