GAOA Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Center Phase 1

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to perform construction work involving the renovation of the Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Center (MGVC) and upgrades to the existing electrical service at the facility. The project is set-aside for small business concerns. The contractor will be required to provide responses to evaluation criteria, including past performance forms, and acknowledge receipt of solicitation amendments. The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the government, considering factors such as price, technical approach, and past performance. • The contractor will be responsible for removing the original Attachment 8 and replacing it with the updated document titled "Amendment 2 - Attachment 8 - MGVC Supporting Docs - PDF Portfolio". • The contractor will be required to provide a scanned copy of a fully executed Bid Guarantee (Standard Form 24 and Power of Attorney). • The contractor will be required to acknowledge receipt of solicitation amendments via signed SF-30(s) with their offer. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their response to evaluation criteria, including past performance forms. • The contract will be awarded for a total small business set-aside.
