Description
The City of Newark is seeking the lowest responsible and responsive bidder to perform a broad range of water and wastewater infrastructure improvements, including pipe replacement, valve and hydrant installation, sewer lateral construction, and associated site restoration. This sealed‑bid contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder and requires compliance with numerous New Jersey statutes regarding bonding, prevailing wage, and minority/women‑owned business participation.
