RFI for Specialized Tactical Electronic Warfare Systems (STEWS) Program

The United States Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the Specialized Tactical Electronic Warfare Systems (STEWS) program. The program requires a contractor to provide various services including program management, depot repair, logistics management, material support, engineering services, and business management. The contractor must have personnel with a "Secret" security clearance and the ability to catalog, store, and ship classified parts worldwide. The contract is expected to be a five-year contract starting in FY27. • The contractor shall perform depot repair of all STEWS systems. • The contractor shall provide logistics and item/production management for the STEW POTS. • The contractor shall perform material support for the STEW POTS. • The contractor shall perform engineering services for the STEW POTS. • The contractor shall establish, implement, and document a configuration control process.
