City of Holland Storm Water Pump Bid

The City of Holland is seeking bids for the provision of one new storm water pump for use at the Pine Avenue Pump Station. The pump must meet specific technical requirements, including being a stainless steel submersible high volume vertical axial-flow pump with a discharge rated at approximately 3,750 gpm or greater. The bid must be submitted on the provided bid form and be received by the Finance Office in the City Hall Building by June 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Key considerations for the bid evaluation include the bidder's ability, capacity, and skill to perform the contract, as well as their character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience, and efficiency. • The pump must be a stainless steel submersible high volume vertical axial-flow pump with a discharge rated at approximately 3,750 gpm or greater. • The pump must have an integral intake screen with SS axial and 14 inch ANSI flanged discharge. • The pump must have a 10 degree impeller and a 25 hp. 460V 3 phase motor. • The pump must have a 30’ motor cable with 8/4 AWG SEOOW wire lead. • The pump must not be FM rated or explosion proof. • The overall height of the pump must be 37 inches and the overall diameter must be 26 inches. • The pump must have a minimum one year warranty.
