Regional Justice Center Central Plant: Chilled Water Pump, Chiller Valve & Condenser Water Strainer Replacement

The Regional Justice Center Central Plant requires updates and upgrades to its central chiller plant and associated components. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of three chiller isolation valves, three primary chiller pumps, and three secondary chiller pumps. Additionally, the work includes demolition and replacement of hydronic piping, insulation, pressure gauges, and condenser water t-strainer baskets.
