Heavy Duty Mobile Lift Columns, Department of Transportation, City of Annapolis, Maryland

The City of Annapolis is seeking bids for the provision of one set of heavy-duty mobile lift columns for the Department of Transportation. The scope of work includes removing and properly disposing of the existing lift, furnishing and installing a new set of four heavy-duty mobile lift columns, clean up, and training. The contract is a fixed price contract, and the contractor will be responsible for the safety of and protection to the public and property. The city encourages the use of disadvantaged, minority, and emerging business enterprises on all city contracts. • The proposal package must contain the City of Annapolis Bid Response Form, City of Annapolis Affidavits, and City of Annapolis Non-Collusion Certificate. • The contractor must comply with current applicable safety or regulatory standards or codes. • The contractor must provide complete shop drawings for review and approval of all new materials and prior to purchase. • The contractor must coordinate the installation to assure interlocking conditions are completed in a logical order to assure the building will remain functional at all times.
