The Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive pest and rodent control services for the McLennan County State Juvenile Correctional Facility (MCJCF) in Mart, Texas. The contract runs from September 1 2026 through August 31 2027 (12 months) with optional one‑year extensions up to three times, subject to approval. Services must be performed at least once a month, include interior residual spraying, rapid 48‑hour re‑treatment response, and a 60‑day warranty on treatments. The vendor must hold applicable Texas pest‑control licenses, provide insurance certificates, and submit monthly invoices. The total contract value is approximately $36,000.
• Monthly interior pest‑control (spraying) for all buildings on the MCJCF campus
