Description
The California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) is seeking a vendor to supply, modify, and support Nintendo Switch OLED gaming consoles and related accessories for use in prison mental‑health therapy groups. The consoles must have Wi‑Fi disabled, retain Bluetooth functionality, and be housed in clear plastic for security inspection. The vendor must also preload a suite of approved digital‑download games, provide accessories, and deliver ongoing maintenance, warranty, and loaner support.
• Provide one (or more) Nintendo Switch OLED consoles with Joy‑Con controllers, Wi‑Fi circuitry disabled, Bluetooth enabled, and transparent housing.
• Supply a full library of 29 pre‑approved digital games, a 1 TB microSDXC card, charger dock, security case, leg straps, and a USB‑powered sound bar.
• Perform hardware modification, pre‑loading of games, warranty service (minimum 12 months), and loaner provision for any units under repair.
