Flare for Landfill

The Kern County Waste Management Department is requesting the Engineering, Fabrication, Testing, Delivery, and Site Testing of a Ultra - Low Emission Enclosed Ground Flare for a California Landfill. The scope of work includes the delivery of the fabricated flare system to the Bena Landfill, start-up/testing, confirmation that it is a properly working flare, and demonstration of the equipment's functions. The installation will be done separately by a selected contractor. The vendor must provide a W9 with their Tax ID and billing information before a Kern County Purchase Order can be issued. • The flare system must be designed and fabricated to meet ultra-low emission standards. • The vendor must provide a complete quotation request form, including pricing for engineering, fabrication, delivery, and site testing. • The vendor must provide at least two references and state their qualifications for the project. • The award will be based on price, references, qualifications, and delivery/project completion time.
