Engineering Svc - CSAH 101 Reconstruction Project

The County of Hennepin is seeking proposals for engineering design services for the County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 101 (Wayzata Boulevard/Central Avenue) Reconstruction project. The project aims to replace aging infrastructure and implement equitable Complete and Green Street design strategies to improve safety, accessibility, and comfort for all modes, ages, and abilities along the corridor. The selected Proposer will provide all-encompassing design engineering services, including project management, public engagement, agency permitting, utility coordination, and more. • The project is located in the city of Wayzata along CSAH 101 from Byrondale Avenue to Gleason Lake Road (CSAH 15). • The County will use a Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process to select a Proposer. • Proposers must submit their proposals in the Hennepin County Supplier Portal. • The proposal due date is February 4, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (CST).
