The Navajo Nation Division of Transportation is seeking qualified firms to serve on an on‑call, five‑year professional‑services agreement providing airport‑related engineering, environmental, surveying, and construction‑administration support for its airports. The contract is qualifications‑based; price is not evaluated at this stage. Firms must submit a comprehensive Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by the deadline, demonstrating relevant airport experience, key personnel expertise, technical approach, capacity, past performance, DBE participation, and familiarity with tribal‑government and remote‑project conditions.
