On-Call Water Well, Pump and Motor Rehabilitation and Repair Services

The City of Santa Ana is pre‑qualifying firms to provide on‑call water‑well casing, pump and motor rehabilitation, repair, and replacement services at multiple municipal sites. Qualified contractors will be placed on a pre‑qualified list and called upon for individual work orders on an as‑needed basis. The scope covers removal, inspection, servicing, rewinding, replacement, video surveying, chemical treatment, testing, and documentation of water‑well equipment, with 24/7 emergency response capability. • Perform pump and motor removal, refurbishment (including EASA‑accredited motor rewinding) and re‑installation. • Conduct down‑hole video surveys, well cleaning, chemical disinfection, and production testing per AWWA standards. • Provide emergency response within 6 hours, monthly invoicing, and detailed post‑service reports; maintain required licenses (C‑57, C‑61, D‑21), insurance, CARB compliance, and HAZWOPER certification.
