Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a vendor to provide a single Fluke infrared camera (or an approved equivalent) complete with all required accessories, software, manuals, and standard components for full operational capability. No installation, training, or additional services are required; the vendor must deliver the equipment to the County’s water resources facility and meet a delivery schedule of “as required or ordered” within 90 days of quote opening.
• Supply one (1) Fluke (or equivalent) handheld infrared camera meeting detailed technical specifications (5 MP visible camera, 640×480 detector, temperature range –20 °C to 1000 °C, IP54, etc.).
• Include all accessories – batteries, chargers, cables, carrying case, SD card, software, and manuals.
• Provide three project references, a signed non‑collusion affidavit, and complete the vendor questionnaire.
• Submit a total price (unit price inclusive of all charges and delivery) by 28 Oct 2026 via email or hard‑copy to the contact listed.
