Kiefer Landfill Source Testing Services

The County of Sacramento is seeking proposals for air quality source testing services at the Kiefer Landfill. The selected consultant will be responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting on annual source testing of two LFG destruction flares and five LFG gas to energy engines. The scope of work includes tasks such as preparing a source test plan, conducting source testing, and reporting results. The contract will be for a 5-year period, with the option to renew annually. • The consultant must have experience in implementing similar services for other clients, including governmental clients similar in size to Sacramento County. • The consultant must provide a proposed rate sheet, including labor and other expenses, and an estimated annual cost for completing all tasks listed in the scope of work. • The consultant must comply with all applicable state and federal reporting requirements and lawfully served wage and earnings assignment orders. • The consultant must provide a certification of independent contractor status and comply with the County's terms and conditions.
