Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $3,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and the materials required. The project involves the renovation of four structures, including the replacement of siding, windows, doors, and roofing. The cost of materials and labor for such a project can be significant. Assuming an average cost of $500 per square foot for the renovation of historical structures, and considering the project involves four structures with a total area of approximately 5,000 square feet (based on the provided information), the total cost of the project can be estimated to be around $2.5 million. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on various factors, including the complexity of the project, the materials used, and the labor costs.
