Description
East Mississippi State Hospital is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive waste collection services for multiple on‑site containers across its Meridian campus for a one‑year period. The contract covers provision, placement, daily or weekly emptying, cleaning, and replacement of containers, with all costs (transport, handling, taxes) included in a firm price. Bids must be submitted electronically via the MAGIC system and sealed bids will be opened on September 30, 2026. The contract runs from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027.
• Service includes 14 containers of varying sizes (8‑cu yd and 6‑cu yd) at specified locations.
• Daily service for most containers; weekly service for a few.
• Vendor must handle steam cleaning, deodorizing, painting, and replacement of damaged containers at no extra charge.
