Description
The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Division of Facilities Services, is requesting quotes for Barge Staging, Docking, and Facility Access Services to support DOT&PF drilling operations at Deshka Landing. The contractor will provide barge staging, docking, landing, facility access, and related support services, including equipment handling and loader support. The contract will be for a period of 90 days from the date of quote opening, and the contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and borough regulations, codes, and laws.
• The contractor must provide a lump sum price for mobilization and demobilization.
• The contractor must provide a lump sum price for barge staging, docking, and facility access services.
• The contractor must provide an hourly price for loader/equipment handling services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and borough regulations, codes, and laws.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and workers' compensation.
• The contractor must provide a certified payroll report.
